Executive Dashboard Creation

have experience of creating branded executive
dashboards using industry standard tools so
that managers or clinicians can easily visualise
data and play with “what if?” scenarios
with instant gratification. We have applied
this to waiting times, bed management and
department projected finances within NHS Clients
but this could be utilized by all Sectors.

Clinical Auditing

on our scientific background and continual
reading around A&E and Critical Care Medicine
we are able to offer a clinical auditing facility.
This involves decoding Cascards or paper records
and comparing the content to the data pulled
through into the EPR system used in the Trust
with a view to spotting a shortfall in submitted
HRG grouped data from what should have been
charged under the V-codes. |
